How the Service Works:
- Users connect to the Fiji Airports Wi-Fi network and are redirected to our captive portal.
- Users may log in using Facebook, Google, or the portal registration form.
- Advertising content may be shown before accessing the internet.
Data We Collect:
- Login method
- Device MAC address
- Session duration and bandwidth usage
- Consent status
- Advertising interaction metrics
We do NOT collect:
- Facebook or Google passwords
- Credit/debit card or mobile wallet details
- Sensitive personal identifiers unless explicitly provided
Data Retention:
- Session and interaction data are retained for 30 days, then deleted.
- No personally identifiable information is stored beyond this period unless required by law.
2. Terms of Use
- Wi-Fi service is provided as a convenience and may be modified or discontinued.
- Advertising content may be displayed before granting internet access.
- Login via Facebook or Google is optional and governed by their policies.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities.
- Fiji Airports is not liable for interruptions, unauthorized access, or losses from third-party platforms.
3. Advertising & Analytics
- Advertising is managed via a secure third-party portal.
- Interaction data is anonymized and used for reporting.
- No personal data is shared with advertisers without explicit consent.
4. Consent & Agreement
- I understand that advertising may be displayed before access.
- I consent to the use of my login method for authentication.
- I acknowledge that Fiji Airports does not store credentials beyond 30 days.
- I accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
5. Legal Disclaimer
- Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
- All internet use risks are with the user.
- Fiji Airports is not responsible for third-party data breaches, ad accuracy, or insecure devices.
